for grilled/barbecued meat.
1dl mayonnaise (I use Hellmans)
1dl sour creme
1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1-2tsp white wine vinegar
1-2 tsp mustard
salt, pepper, a dash of raw suger and a lot of fresh (or frozen) dill. If you want to you can add parsley and chives as well.
Blend all together in a bowl and let it rest in the fridge for appr.1hr
